January 3rd, 2010 NO REHEARSAL – HAPPY NEW YEAR

January 17th, 2010 4-7pm
January 24th, 2010 4-7pm
January 31st, 2010 4-7pm
February 7th, 2010 4-7pm
February 14th, 2010 4-7pm
February 21st, 2010 4-7pm
February 28th, 2010 4-7pm

Preparation for festival/concert programs has already begun. Attendance and practice at home are key elements to a good performance. Please make both a priority.

Students should have the following with them at each rehearsal:
1. Instrument
2. Pick
3. Music (organized in a binder)
4. Completed practice sheet – signed by parent
5. Athletic clothes for dance (no jeans please)
6. Appropriate shoes for dance (NO FLIP FLOPS please)

Please make it a priority to arrive on time and ready to start at 4pm and stay until 7pm. Late arrivals/Early departures cause interruptions not only to the instructors but also the students.

If students will be absent, you will need to notify Julie Hughes, Director at wkgndirector@comcast.net or 847-445-8870. A 48 hour notice would be appreciated but obviously exceptions will be made for emergencies.
